Hi, I’m Robyn Rainwater, an artist, lover of Jesus, melter of wax, smearer of paint, splasher of pigment.After receiving my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Middle Tennessee State University, I enjoyed a long successful career as a graphic designer. The last few years the smell of paints, visions of smudges on my hands and clothes, and the exploration of hot and cold waxes became a loud melody to which my hands, feet and heart dance. I would love to share in developing your home’s atmosphere.
Colors, drawing, ink, music, breezes, sunlight, warm paint, words, echos, splashing sounds are my constant companions. Wetting brushes or melting wax with colors, or buttering a canvas with paint while hearing the sounds of music or nature is always a place of peace and solace from the chaos. Combining elements and sounds around us into a piece of art helps bring order and intangibly elevates the atmosphere. Where walls and furniture have their function, art speaks to the room like a sunset speaks to the end of day.
